• Service Finance — our financing partner. Financing applications are submitted on Service Finance’s own system; we never see or store your credit application details.

We share information only as needed to do the work you asked for or as the law requires — for example, with technicians assigned to your job, with equipment manufacturers when registering a warranty on your behalf, with municipal offices when a permit or inspection is required, or with our financing partner when you ask us to. Retention & Security

We keep service records for as long as needed to support your equipment, honor warranties, and satisfy our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. Records that are no longer needed for those purposes are disposed of securely.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as payment card or bank account numbers through the website forms.
