These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services provided by Harmon Heating & Cooling, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or requesting service from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These website terms do not replace any written estimate, invoice, or service agreement you sign with us. Where a signed document conflicts with this page, the signed document controls.
We provide residential and light commercial heating, cooling, heat pump, geothermal, and indoor air quality services in central Indiana — principally Hamilton, Madison, and surrounding counties. Availability outside that area is case by case; call us to confirm.
Work that requires a municipal permit or inspection will be permitted and inspected as the local code authority requires.
We provide free estimates for the work described in your request. An estimate covers only the scope written on it. If we uncover conditions that were not visible or knowable at the time — concealed damage, code violations, failed components beyond the original scope — we will stop, explain what we found, and give you a revised price before continuing.
Prices, promotions, and manufacturer rebates change. The figures that apply to your job are the ones on your written estimate, valid for the period stated on that document.
Payment terms and accepted payment methods are stated on your estimate or invoice.
Appointment windows are our best estimate, not a guarantee. Emergency calls, weather, and jobs that run long can move a scheduled time; we will contact you if that happens.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the equipment and work area, including access to electrical panels, shutoffs, and crawl spaces where the work requires it. If we cannot access the work area at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us as far ahead as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. Any cancellation terms that apply to your job are stated on your estimate.
Equipment. New equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms, length, and registration requirements are set by the manufacturer, not by us. We register qualifying equipment on your behalf where the manufacturer allows it.
Our labor. We warrant our workmanship for the period stated on your invoice. That warranty covers our installation work; it does not cover the equipment itself, which is covered by the manufacturer.
What warranties do not cover. Damage from misuse, accident, alteration by others, lack of required maintenance, power or water supply problems, or conditions beyond our control. Most manufacturers also require documented annual maintenance to keep a warranty valid — see our maintenance plans.
Financing is offered through Service Finance, an independent third party. We are not a lender. All applications are subject to credit approval by Service Finance, and the rates, terms, and conditions of any plan are set by Service Finance — not by us.
Promotional plans are subject to change or withdrawal by the lender at any time. Read the plan terms in full before you accept them. See our financing page for the plans currently offered.
The content on this site — text, photographs, layout, and logos — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating or arranging our services. You may not republish, sell, or use our content commercially without written permission.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under a signed service agreement or the applicable manufacturer warranty.
